No payment is taken today
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote through ItinFOYU is completely free. We will never charge you until you have reviewed your personalised itinerary, are happy with every detail, and have chosen to confirm your booking.
The quote process
Once you submit an enquiry, our team will prepare a personalised itinerary and all-inclusive quote tailored to your group. You will receive your quote within 48 hours. The quote will include a detailed day plan with timings, a breakdown of what is included, and the total price. No payment is required at the enquiry stage. You are welcome to request changes, ask questions, or compare options before making any commitment.
Confirming your booking
To confirm your booking, simply reply to your quote accepting the itinerary and proceed with payment as directed. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a written confirmation from ItinFOYU. We recommend confirming at least 72 hours before your tour date to allow sufficient time for all arrangements to be finalised.
What is included
All ItinFOYU tours include a private licensed guide, a clean air-conditioned private vehicle, hotel pickup and drop-off, and all entrance fees to venues listed in your itinerary. Meals, personal purchases, gratuities, and any activities not listed in the confirmed itinerary are not included unless explicitly stated.
Cancellations
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour date are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond your control (such as a medical emergency), please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Changes and rescheduling
We are happy to accommodate changes to your itinerary or travel dates where possible. Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the original tour date. Rescheduling is subject to guide and vehicle availability. Changes to the itinerary after confirmation may affect the final price; we will notify you of any price adjustment before proceeding.
Cancellation by ItinFOYU
In the rare event that we need to cancel your tour due to circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, civil unrest, or a guide emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative date. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of such a cancellation.
